In-House Premier Dental Plan
At Comfort Dental Excellence, we are pleased offer affordable dental coverage for you and your entire family. Our in-house premier dental plan is a discounted fee schedule for most services. You can save on everything from cleanings and fillings to cosmetic procedures and crowns!

Now you can join our low-cost dental plan for a nominal membership fee. Our plan entitles you to preventive dental care at no cost! Corrective services are available for small co-payments that are far less than the usual, customary fees. Our professional team is qualified to care for all of your dental needs!
Low-Cost Dental Plans
- Individual – $399/yr.*
- Individual & Spouse – $699/yr.*
- Family of Four – $899/yr. (two adults and two kids under 18)
- Additional Family Member – $99/yr.
*All members must be added and paid for at time of plan effective date. Any members added after the effective date will be billed as an Individual Plan. No refund for early termination.
